PICKLEBALL KELOWNA "Dinkin’ for Dollars" Pickleball Tourney   All proceeds to Kelowna Community Food Bank Competitive division – Saturday, Sept 20 11:00am – 3:00pm Recreational division Sunday, Sept 21 11:00am – 3:00pm Co-ed, enter as single, play doubles  Round-robin format Seeded pools progressing to power pools 8-game guarantee – maximum 10 games  $10 per player for first 20 players in each event $15 per player for next 20 players in each event $5 surcharge for non-members of Pickleball Kelowna. Also bring a non-perishable item on day of tourney.  Maximum of 40 players in each event. All entry fees are non-refundable, but transferable. Canadians win big Prize money Tournament of Champions Ogden, UT Sept 3-7, 2014

Photo of Cookie Drake from Cold Lake, Alberta (on right with Canadian Maple leaf paddle) won Bronze medal with $750 prize money in Tournament of Champions Womens Doubles Legends. Luba Zhekhovskaya from Surrey, B.C. won Silver medal with $1500 prize money in the same event. This Pickleball Tournament has the highest prize money ever in pickleball history showcasing the best 5.0 pickleball players in N. America.

Tournament of Champions  September 3, 4, 5, 6, 2014, the Gullo Pickleball, Grotto, Ogden, Utah. Two brackets: Open Masters, age 49 and younger; Open Legends, age 50 and older. The best 5.0-rated players in the country. $46,750 in prize money, the largest purse in pickleball history. Come share the excitement!
